Saint Raphael Hospital Charity Foundation Is dedicated to be The Facility to build and continuously support a number of hospitals across America! WHY, because there are 16 million people sufering some form of cancer yearly! With an additional 1,500,000 additional added on every year, usually increasing by 125,000 each month. The US does not have enough hospitals to treat that many people in a short time!
With the advancement, or improvement of Cancer protocols and treatments of all Cancers! Especially MONOCLONAL, STEM CELL, AND AT EAST 8 MORE protocols, THERE is truly an advancement toward curing CANCERS!!! AND NOW; there is an urgent need for hospitals that can provide these Protocols and Treatments that CURE CANCERS!!!!!! AND, Treatments and Protocols that CURE DIABETES!!!! AND, NERVE MYOPATHY, NERVE NEUROPATHY, AND NERVE TRAUMA, WITH treatments and protocols that CURE THESE THREE DISEASES!!! ACCIDENTS, EMERGENCIES, URGENT CARE, AND THE HEALING REQUIRED FOR ALL!!!!!

Saint Raphael Hospitals! (St. Raphael means Healing!! Through Sacred Scripture. His name in various translations means “God heals,” “Divine Healer,” or “Medicine of God,” for he has received his healing mission from the Lord. He is one of the seven ARCH ANGELS that sit by the throne of GOD!)

At Saint Raphael Hospitals, healing is not just a concept, it’s our mission. Named after the Archangel Saint Raphael, our hospitals will embody the spirit of healing and compassion.
Our vision is to establish state-of-the-art hospitals dedicated to providing cutting-edge medical Protocols and Treatments, AND Divine Love practice (From Gods Spiritual Teachings)!! Treatments that not only alleviate suffering but also aim to cure these debilitating diseases. Saint Raphael Hospitals are designed to have at least 500 beds each with a fully trained staff to provide the very best medical care and treatment!!!! The configuration of all rooms will be different than any other hospital! 100 of the rooms will be a Patient room only with a window in each room! Then the 400 rooms will have a Patient room and a family suite together in the individual room configuration! Of course Windows are important! We believe that Family cures Faster! Then there are those that have no family! We will have volunteers to make them one!!!!
Each hospital will have a research staff to develop/prove leading protocols for healing and treatment! AND A University to train the people we need!
Each hospital will have laboratories for required research to test and prove cures for Cancers and Diabetes, Nerve Myopathy Nerve Neuropathy and Nerve Trauma!!
We hope we can make them free to CANCER/DIABETES, NERVE MYOPATHY, AND NERVE NEUROPATHY, AND NERVE TRAUMA patients!!! We see that treatments cost thousands of dollars, most unaffordable!!
HOW DOES FREE WORK?! If You have Insurance with a deductible! The deductible is paid by the Foundation! If you are a citizen, not employed, with no Insurance, your bill is paid by the Foundation! If you are a citizen, and you are Indigent because of a legal situation, your bill is paid by the Foundation!
If your “rotten” Insurance doesn’t cover a procedure, your procedure bill is paid by the Foundation!
Many times government programs cover costs of your hospital bill, then you are paid!
OUR UNIVERSITY Research Laboratories AND Our Hospital Research Laboratories are assigned the task of designing the best healing treatments and cures, while lowering the cost!!!! We have to lower those costs!!
THE IMPORTANCE FOR THIS PROJECT IS TO SOLVE CANCER/DIABETES, NERVE MYOPATHY, AND NERVE NEUROPATHY, AND NERVE TRAUMA! These Diseases have not been solved medically! Diabetes seems to be an antagonist, with most Diabetes patients contracting a case of Nerve Myopathy, Most severe, Not only the feet are involved but hands and fingers! JERRY LEWIS went to war to tackle Nerve Neuropathy. IT is not done yet! HE gave us a great start!!
This Hospital, This Research University, Their Labs, Faculty, Research PhD’s, Technicians, Doctors, Nurses, Administrators, to the Mechanics, Electricians, and Custodians, ALL will have the task of CURING THESE DEBILITATING DISEASES!!!!!!!!!!!!
We will link up with charity flights to bring patients to the hospital!!!! We will also have an Air and Ground transportation systems to bring many patients to the hospital at no cost (See How Free Works)!!
SPIRITUAL HEALING DEPARTMENT!
A spiritual solution will avoid all of the conflicts and misuses that exist today in the medical industry. Mankind has not demonstrated that it can safely change DNA through new technology or kill a wildly growing cell! Damage by diseases still need surgical procedures to repair or remove the damaged body part! Then Spiritual Healing will finish the required treatment!!! So do Accident damages to internal organs, and bones! Also Arterial ruptures, and brain bleeds!
THE PRACTICE OF SPIRITUAL HEALING PROTOCOLS AND TREATMENTS:
The only thing needed in a SPIRITUAL treatment modality is the proper application of Divine Love supported by good nutrition and a healthy environment.

Initially we developed a two- petition healing system called the “At Oneness Healing System with which a person could heal health symptoms: One symptom at a time with the Wess healing system that was introduced to the general public in 2013 through the book: “Being At One With The Divine.” People have attained successful results using this healing system!
The system helped people heal many illnesses which had no available Medical Solutions! Illnesses such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, brain blood pools, and stage four cancers, hemophilia, learning disabilities and chemical poisoning!
We learned that some people were experiencing difficulty accepting Divine Love healing due to negative environments and/or stress at home or in a workplace! For relief from these effects we developed and tested additional petitions to enable more rapid healing! We call this fully integrated system the “At Oneness Healing System: Advanced Protocol”!
We have a Spiritual Room to create a restful environment for the afflicted person! Here is where one will learn how to achieve Spiritual guidance, training, and practice of “GOD’S DEVINE LOVE”!!!!

With both having our MOBILE EMERGENCY ER, TAKING DOCTORS, THE EMERGENCY
ROOM EQUIPMENT AND MEDICINES TO THE SCENE! SAVING LIVES!
TO GET THE PATIENTS TO A LEVEL 1 HOSPITAL WITHIN 1 HOUR!
3. An Air Flight Service(AFS) to provide Transportation for distances longer than helicopters can fly!
Our AFS may also support the HEMS, and GVEMS By transporting patients from nearby airports to speed the time needed to get patients to the level1 Treatment Center!
