Besides serving as a system to help people identify University College Officers, Deans, Students and Graduates. Color choices are designed to enhance approachability, and identify the College of participants.
Additionally, a consistent uniform policy helps create an environment of easy identification! Having identified participants can alleviate anxiety, especially in high-stress situations making easy approachability.
