The Family and Guest Room will each have a two bed bedroom, toilet, and shower; All in the PATIENT SUITE room configuration! Of course Windows and balconies are important! ! Consultation Offices, Diagnostic Equipment Rooms, and Emergency Doctors offices will reside on the rest of floors!

6. Our Emergency Department will have 3 levels of Triage!
A. Hurts, Bumps, Pains, and Not Feeling Wells will be sent to our URGENT CARE CENTER,
OUR LEVEL 3 CENTER!
B. More Serious Falls, Trips, Collapses, Minor Traumas and Unwells will be sent to our EMERGENCY CENTER,
OUR LEVEL 2 CENTER!
C. All Accident Victims, TRAUMAS – Extreme Falls, Head Injuries, Internal Injuries, AND Unknowns will be sent to our ACCIDENT CENTER,
THE LEVEL 1 CENTER!
7. DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT will be located immediately next to the Center or in the treatment room in each each center.

In order to support the huge funding we will operating a National Fundraisers, Telethons, Celebrity Roasts, Awards Programs, and Celebrity Performance Fund Raisers to gather funds to build these special hospitals, there will also be a pressing need for fundraisers aimed at covering the operational costs of each hospital. A local effort is envisioned as a 24/7, all-encompassing fundraising initiative to ensure continuous financial support for these Hospital and healthcare services.

The inaugural hospital in this comprehensive healthcare initiative will be “The Saint Raphael Hospital Founded by Leon C. Russell,” strategically located around Cleveland, OH. This hospital will be uniquely connected with a specialized training university focusing on advanced medical conditions. This initiative will include the “Cancer/Diabetes Nerve Myopathy/Nerve Neuropathy Training University,” which will serve as an educational hub for cutting-edge research and training. This university takes pride in being founded by Theresa I. Russell and will be known as “The Theresa I. Russell Research University.”

Both the hospital and the research university will work in tandem to provide exceptional healthcare services while fostering new advancements in medical research and practitioner training.
