THEN, the 400+ rooms left will have a PATIENT SUITE room configuration, with a Family Room, hosting the Kitchen, and a Guest Room. The Family and Guest Room will each have a two bed bedroom, toilet, and shower; All in the PATIENT SUITE room configuration! Of course Windows and balconies are important! We believe that with Family, the patient cures Faster! THUS THE SUITE!!! BECAUSE THE SUPPORT OF THE FAMILY IS IMPERATIVE!!! Then there are those that have no family! We have Hospital volunteers to make them one!!!!

THIS HOSPITAL HAS DIFFERENT TREATMENT ROOMS:
Minors – minor injuries. Some places will have minors, ambulatory AND URGENT care in the same space.
Majors – patients on trolleys who are mostly acutely sick or closed Broken bones needing assessment.
Resus – Needing Resuscitation, Breathing, Bleeding, Heart care, Brain traumas, all with time critical management!!!! Assesment of INJURIES that are not all known! With Head, Chest, Spine, Pelvis, and Multiple and or open Bone Injuries that need Diagnostic machines and their clear pictures to determine if Surgeries are required!!!!! And how to set the bones!!!
Patients can normally be moved between areas if they progress or deteriorate.
HERE IS THE REASON THAT TOWERS WERE CHOZEN:
LET US SAY THAT YOU HAVE ALL YOUR DEPARTMENTS, RESUS (RESUSCITATION) FLOOR ROOMS FULL; 8 IN ALL!!! THERE ARE 4 MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE ON THAT FLOOR AND 4 BEHIND THE RECIEVING AREA ON THE FIRST FLOOR WITH INJURIES, COUGHING, CROUP AND OTHER CHILD DISEASES! THAT IS 16 ROOMS!! ALL FULL!!!!
THEN 2 SCHOOL BUSSES ARE IN AN ACCIDENT WITH 30 INJURIES! 24 SEVERE INJURIES, 6 WITH MINOR CUTS, BUMPS AND BRUISES! THE DEPARTMENT NEEDS 24 MORE RESUS ROOMS! THE 12 ARE ON THE FIRST RESUS FLOOR OF THE PEDIATRICS TOWER! OUR HOSPITAL MAINTENANCE AND CUSTODIAL PEOPLE GO TO WORK IMMEDIATELY CONFIGURATING THE EXTRA 4 INTO RESUS ROOMS! THE 2 FLOORS ABOVE THE CURRENT RESUS ROOMS ARE FULL WITH CONVALESING PATIENTS, SOME READY TO BE DISCHARGED, AND ARE DISCHARGED RIGHT AWAY! THOSE THAT AREN’T READY TO GO HOME ARE IMMEDIATELY MOVED TO OTHER FLOORS IN THE TOWER, OR THEY MAY BE MOVED TO OTHER TOWERS WITH CAPACITY TO TAKE THEM!!! OUR HOSPITAL MAINTENANCE AND CUSTODIAL PEOPLE GO TO WORK IMMEDIATELY CONFIGURATING THE 2 FLOORS ABOVE THE CURRENT RESUS ROOMS IN TO 24 MORE RESUS ROOMS!! EACH ROOM HAS ALL THE GASSES NEEDED FOR THE RESUS ROOMS! THEY ALSO HAVE MOST OF THE EQUIPMENT ALREADY INSTALLED!! ANY EQUIPMENT NEEDED WILL BE FOUND IN THE WAREHOUSE, READY TO GO TO WORK!!
THAT IS 28 RESUS ROOMS NOW READY WITHIN 1 TO 1.5 HOURS!!
THE REASON TO CONFIGUE THE ROOMS NEXT TO THE OTHER RESUS ROOMS IS TO HAVE ALL DOCTORS, NURSES, AND ALL RESUS PERSONELL CALLED IN, TO SHARE ALL THE COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE NEEDED TO TREAT THE PATIENTS!! ALL THE RECONFIGURATION CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED IN STAGES IN 30 TO 90 MINUTES, JUST IN TIME TO CARE FOR THOSE PATIENTS THAT ARE ARRIVING!!! THIS TRANSFORMATION CAN HAPPEN IN ANY DEPARTMENT OF THIS HOSPITAL!!!
IF THERE IS A PLANE CRASH WITH A 100 TO 200 INJURIES MANY TOWERS MAY BE RECONFIGURED! WHERE DO WE GET ALL THE DOCTORS NURSES, AND CARETAKERS NEEDED; THEY COME FROM ALL NEARBY HOSPITALS!! EVERY ONE GETS TEMPORARY AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN St RAPHAEL HOSPITAL! ONE OF THE St RAPHAEL HOSPITAL PEOPLE WILL BE ASSIGNED TO EACH ROOM SO MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT NEEDED WILL BE FOUND AND PROVIDED QUICKLY!
THE OTHER 6 THAT ARE INJURED WILL BE TREATED IN DOCTORS TREATMENT ROOMS, AND OTHER NON EMERGENCY TREATMENT ROOMS!!!!
SURGERY SUITES ARE NORMALY ON THE TOWER TOP FLOOR, AND THE ICU ROOMS ARE ON THE 1 OR 2 FOORS BELOW THE SURGERY SUITES! THEN THE CRITICAL CARE FLOOR BELOW THE ICU FLOORS! THE 2 CONVALESCENT FLOORS ARE BELOW THE CRITICAL CARE FLOORS!!!
THERE ARE 3 FLOORS LEFT FROM THE 10 FLOORS OF THE TOWER; THAT MAY BE RECONFIGURED AS NEEDS ARE REQUIRED!!!! DON’T FORGET THAT OTHER TOWERS ARE READY IMMEDIATELY TO EXPAND OPERATIONS!!!! WHEN St RAPHAEL NEEDS TO PERMANETLY EXPAND CAPACITIES THIS HOSPITAL BUILDS UP FOR MORE FLOORS!! FROM THE ORIGINAL 10 TO 20 FLOORS!!

OUR NATOLOGY DEPARTMENT TAKES CARE OF NURSING MOMS AND BABIES MONITORING NUTRITION FOR BOTH!! FOR YOUNGSTERS FROM THE 2ND BIRTHDAY THRU THE 18TH YEAR! WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR 19TH BIRTHDAY YOU GO TO THE ADULT DEPARTMENTS!
THE PEDIATRICS DEPARTMENT MONITORS THE HEALTH, GROWTH, NUTRITION, DISEASES, FALLS, ACCIDENTS, BROKEN BONES, INJURED ORGANS, HEAD FRACTURES, AND BRAIN INJURIES!!!!

St RAPHAEL BURN CENTER DEPARTMENT
This is the most tragic of all our treatment centers! St Raphael is a nerve research center! For burn patients we need to tell the nerves that we know about the problem the nerves are screaming about! The bodies reaction to the screaming will overwhelm the bodily functions!!! The heart rate will double, even triple; that would mean heart failure! The blood pressure will increase to over 200 to 250, that could be pulmonary failure, aorta explosion!!!! The burn areas turn red with blood. Nerves are telling the body that the area needs the most oxygen the blood can supply and dead cell and waste clean up the blood can take away! The open skin layer is subject to infection!!!! We need clean rooms for patients to heal!!! These rooms will have the latest filtering technology, down to 1 micron, they will have technology to increase oxygen and other gas levels to the air delivered to the Clean Rooms! The air is recirculated with treated air added when needed! Entry to rooms will be through air locks to help prevent loss! The Rooms will have precise temperature regulation!!! Never been done before!!! Medical Personnel will be wearing Stain resistant, Biological proof, Coolwear linen and cotton clothing! Natural Fibers only!
Today, scientists can grow skin in the laboratory! It is a great cover!!! Sometimes it doesn’t work though! Our research will improve upon this!!! 7. Our Emergency Department will have 4 levels of Triage!
A. Hurts, Bumps, Pains, Cuts, and Not Feeling Wells will be sent to our TREATMENT CARE CENTER,
OUR LEVEL 4 CENTER!
B. More Serious Cuts, Falls, Trips, Collapses, Minor Traumas and Very Not Wells will be sent to our URGENT CENTER,

8. DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT will be located immediately next to the Centers or in the treatment rooms in each each center.
An Ultra Sound and Heart Monitoring Equipment will be in all treatment rooms.
An X-Ray next to the Urgent Care Center!
An X-Ray and Cat Scanner Next to The Emergency Center!
An X-Ray, Cat Scanner, and MRI next to the Accident Department.
And a PET Scanner in the area!

OUR BEDS WILL BE BUILT WITH TRANSFER DEVICES TO SMOOTHLY MOVE THE PATIENT FROM BED TO GURNEY, FROM A BED AND OR GURNEY TO THE DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT SLIDING PATIENT TRAY; CAT SCANNER, PET SCANNER, AND XRAY MACHINES!!! THE TRAY OR TABLES ARE USED IN MOVING THE PATIENT THROUGH THE DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT! EVEN THE MOVING TABLES USED ON XRAY MACHINES!!!
WITH THIS IMPROVEMENT, THE PATIENT IS PROTECTED FROM MORE INJURIES! ESPECIALY THOSE PATIENTS HAVING BROKEN SPINES OR SEVERLY BROKEN RIBS OR PELVIS FRACTURES!!!! PORTABLE XRAY MACHINES ARE GOOD BUT GENERALY PRODUCE FUZZY PICTURES GOOD ENOUGH FOR QUICK INITIAL DIAGNOSIES! BUT NOT FOR DIAGNOSING THE COMPLETE INJURY PROBLEMS!!! WE HAVE TO GET THEM ON THE BIG MACHINES WITH OUT MORE INJURIES!!!
THE RETURN TO THE TREATMENT BED WILL BE JUST AS SAFE!!

We will link up with charity flights to bring patients to the hospital! We will also have a ground transportation system to bring many patients to the hospital at no cost! Shuttle buses, coaches, and SUVs will be available to meet various patient needs. Our facilities will include an airfield with a long runway, hangars, fuel facilities, and a passenger terminal for smooth operation. Alongside these amenities, there will be a team of trained staff to ensure seamless transitions and care from air to ground. Our mission extends beyond transportation, focusing on comprehensive patient support, including medical assistance and emotional well-being. DESIGNED DIFFERENT
The configuration of all rooms will be different than any other hospital! 100 of the rooms will be patient rooms only, each featuring a window and Balconies that allow natural light to stream in, creating a soothing environment. These rooms will also include a toilet and a walk-in shower for the convenience and privacy of the patients. And enough room and chairs to comfortably support 4 visitors!
Then, 400 rooms will have an innovative design, combining a patient room and a family suite within the same configuration. This unique approach ensures that family members can stay close to their loved ones during their hospital stay, providing emotional support and comfort. Naturally, these rooms will also include windows that foster a connection with the outside world, as well as essential amenities like a toilet and a walk-in shower. The family suite will have the patient suite and two 2bed Rooms and a kitchen! The architecture and interior design of Saint Raphael Hospitals are meticulously planned to promote healing and comfort.

This Hospital has Maternity Services: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum suites, a Level III NICU, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Neonatology, and Postpartum care!

THE MAIN IMPORTANCE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO VANQUISH NERVE MYOPATHY, NERVE NEUROPATHY, AND NERVE TRAUMA! Three diseases that have not yet been conquered are Nerve Myopathy, Nerve Neuropathy and Nerve Trauma. Jerry Lewis went to war on these diseases, and initiated a significant fight against myopathies, leading to many therapies resulting from that research. However, this work is not yet complete. NERVE NEUROPATHY, particularly, is often an affliction for diabetes patients, with most contracting severe cases that affect their feet, hands, and fingers. Additionally, The nerve trauma typically that results from falls, Sports Activities, and traffic crashes, and sometimes just walking. Our goal is to discover how to repair broken nerve bundles and nerve strands, to cure these afflictions.
This Hospital, this Research University, and their labs, faculty, research PhDs, technicians, doctors, nurses, administrators, mechanics, electricians, and custodians all share the monumental task of curing these debilitating diseases and traumas.
Our research extends to treatments for nerve trauma, covering those paralyzed by back trauma, broken bones, and fractured hips. Our scientists are dedicated to compiling and designing cures and treatments to address these critical issues. They are relentless in their pursuit of knowledge and solutions to improve the quality of life for affected individuals.
